Stop by and have a drink while you pick-up your race packet! We encourage you to pick-up your packet on Saturday to avoid race lines on Sunday morning.

8:00 am:  Last Chance Packet Pick-up - CHECK IN AND REGISTRATION WILL END AT 8:50am. Any registrations after this time, will not be able to be timed.

8:40 am: Warm-up provided by ISI Elite Training Wilmington

8:50 am: LOVE for LIAM - speeches to honor Liam from Bryan and Charlotte Batten, and Dr. Matt Pizzuto from UNC Children's Hospital. Important announcements will also be made at this time. 
9:05am:  5K Start 
9:15am: 1 mile start

10-10:20am: Awards
